  • Who may order?

    Every customer from the B2B sector is entitled to use the Murdotec onlineshop.

  • Can I also order by e-mail?

    Ordering by e-mail is of course possible, but processing via the onlineshop gives you a better overview of your order history. Of course, every customer also has every other contact option available, see www.murdotec.de/en/contact.

  • Do I have to create a customer account to be able to order?

    You can use our onlineshop both with a registered user account and as a guest. Registration has the great advantage that you save time when placing further orders because all your personal data is already available. Also the insight into the order history is reserved for registered users only.

  • What happens after I have completed my order?

    You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been processed, we will send you our order confirmation with the binding delivery date.

  • Can I cancel or change an order if it has not yet been shipped?

    Cancellations are possible as long as we have not yet processed your order. However, this happens very quickly within a few hours. Please understand that on the one hand we do our maximum to stop an order at your request, but on the other hand we are extremely fast in our processes to prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is often no longer possible to cancel or change orders. Simply contact us by e-mail, contact form or telephone.


  • What shipping costs do I have to pay?

    Your freight and packaging costs will be determined according to the volume, type and quantity of products ordered. This is done during the ordering process before you submit the order. The shipping prices include packaging material and insured forwarding dispatch.

    From 300 kg total weight, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

  • Do you only ship within Germany?

    We only ship via the webshop within Germany. Do you need our material in a country outside Germany? Feel free to send us an e-mail to shop@murdotec.de and we will be happy to help you.

  • What is the delivery time for immediately available products?

    We prepare the ordered plates for shipping as quickly as possible, so the delivery time is usually between two and five working days.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept prepayment, credit card, PayPal, immediate transfer (Klarna) and payment by invoice by agreement.

  • When and how do I get my invoice?

    The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided after the goods have been dispatched. If the invoice is to be sent to a different e-mail address, please inform us of this with your order.
