Detailed data is available for our materials–from mechanical, physical and chemical properties to cost-effective processing and implementation, helping you to find the perfect material for your application.
We offer comprehensive advice on turning innovative ideas into feasible designs–from design expertise to reverse engineering. Not only do we research, develop and produce the PEerfect material for your intended use, we also offer you comprehensive advice on costs and efficient use of the materials.
Murdotec's laboratory launches on average one new PE-based development per year. 90% of these new materials are developed in response to specific customer needs or requests.
And this is how our material development works, once a need has been identified and deemed relevant:
First, the specific formulation is written in the lab, then initial samples are produced. If there is a match that meets all the desired properties, the formulation is put into an intensive test phase: This involves test customers, trials in the actual application and, above all, regular consultation with the test customers or development partners.
In addition, the performance of our materials is tested in a variety of scenarios to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
